Your Responsibilities
As an Operations Coordinator, you will support the Subway network in Switzerland in the daily implementation of brand standards, optimization of operational processes, and coordination of various projects. You will work closely with franchise partners, internal teams, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring daily operational coordination and compliance with Subway standards.
- Monitoring KPIs, analyzing deviations, and deriving appropriate corrective actions.
- Supporting restaurants with operational challenges and prioritizing tasks.
- Planning, implementing, and tracking operational projects
(restaurant openings, tool rollouts, quality initiatives, etc.). - Driving continuous improvement of processes, tools, and work methods.
- Ensuring smooth communication between franchisees, internal departments, and partners.
- Preparing operational reports and relevant analyses for management.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in an operational role, ideally in gastronomy, retail, or a multi-site environment.
- Strong organizational skills, high ability to prioritize, and result-oriented mindset.
- Solid project management skills (planning, coordination, monitoring).
- Strong analytical skills and confident use of digital tools (Excel, ERP systems, planning tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- German and English at C1 level, French is an advantage.
- Independent, structured working style and high resilience in a dynamic environment.
