Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is organised and promoted by SUBWAY® Switzerland & Liechtenstein, operated by Sub License AG (“SUBWAY”). 2. Promotion Period The Promotion commences on 1 August 2026 and concludes on 30 September 2026 , or earlier if all promotional scratch cards have been distributed, whichever occurs first. 3. Eligibility Participation in the Promotion is open exclusively to natural persons aged 16 years or older who are legal residents of Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Employees, officers and representatives of Convenience House AG, participating SUBWAY® restaurants, advertising, promotional or marketing agencies involved in the Promotion, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to redeem the Weekend Micro Lino Prize. 4. How to Participate During the Promotion Period, customers who purchase any SUBLAUGE Sub (15 cm or Footlong) at a participating SUBWAY® restaurant will receive one (1) promotional scratch card, subject to availability. The following conditions apply:
  • A maximum of one (1) scratch card will be issued per qualifying SUBLAUGE Sub purchased.
  • Scratch cards are available while stocks last.
  • Scratch cards cannot be purchased separately.
  • Each valid scratch card contains one guaranteed prize.
5. Prizes Each valid promotional scratch card entitles the holder to one pre-determined prize printed on the card. Available prizes include:
  • One (1) Free Cookie
  • One (1) Free Soft Drink
  • Buy One Get One Free Sub (subject to the wording printed on the winning scratch card)
  • One (1) Weekend Micro Lino Prize
All prizes are pre-allocated before distribution. No random prize draw or subsequent lottery will be conducted. 6. Prize Redemption Unless otherwise stated, all prizes must be redeemed no later than 31 October 2026. To redeem a prize:
  • The original scratch card must be presented.
  • Photocopies, screenshots, scanned images or reproductions will not be accepted.
  • Damaged, altered or illegible cards may be rejected at SUBWAY’s sole discretion.
Lost, stolen or destroyed scratch cards cannot be replaced. 7. Weekend Micro Lino Prize The Weekend Micro Lino Prize does not constitute ownership or transfer of ownership of a vehicle. The prize consists solely of the temporary use of a Micro Lino vehicle for one weekend, provided by SUBWAY or its designated promotional partner, subject to availability. To redeem the prize, the winner must:
  • Hold a valid driving licence recognised in Switzerland.
  • Satisfy all rental, insurance and lending requirements imposed by the vehicle provider.
  • Provide any documentation or identification reasonably requested by the vehicle provider.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the winner is solely responsible for:
  • Fuel costs.
  • Parking charges.
  • Road tolls.
  • Traffic or parking fines.
  • All other expenses incurred during use of the vehicle.
The Weekend Micro Lino Prize:
  • Has no cash value.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Is non-transferable.
  • Is subject to vehicle availability.
  • May only be redeemed on dates mutually agreed between the winner and the vehicle provider.
Where the winner fails to satisfy the vehicle provider’s eligibility requirements or contractual conditions, the prize may be forfeited without compensation or substitution. 8. General Prize Conditions All prizes:
  • Are non-refundable.
  • Are non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • May not be exchanged for cash or credit.
SUBWAY reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to substitute any advertised prize with another prize of equal or greater value. 9. Availability Scratch cards are available only while promotional stocks last. SUBWAY does not guarantee the availability of scratch cards at every participating restaurant throughout the Promotion Period. 10. Fraud and Invalid Claims SUBWAY reserves the right to reject any scratch card that, in its reasonable opinion:
  • Has been altered.
  • Has been copied or reproduced.
  • Is forged.
  • Is damaged or defaced.
  • is illegible.
  • Has been obtained fraudulently or unlawfully.
SUBWAY further reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent, dishonest or abusive conduct in connection with the Promotion. 11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SUBWAY shall not be liable for:
  • Lost, stolen or damaged scratch cards.
  • Printing or typographical errors.
  • Technical failures or system malfunctions.
  • Interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
  • Delays or failures arising from force majeure.
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Swiss law. 12. Privacy Personal information collected in connection with the Weekend Micro Lino Prize shall be processed solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and fulfilling prize obligations. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the applicable Swiss data protection legislation. 13. Changes to the Promotion SUBWAY reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion, or these Terms and Conditions, where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to legal, regulatory, technical or operational reasons. Any such changes will become effective upon publication through appropriate promotional channels. 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland.
